Cancellation Policy
GENERAL TERMS To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking. Hired equipment will remain the property of ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP at all times. During the period of hire, the Hirer is solely responsible for the hire goods . The Hirer undertakes to keep the hired goods in as good an operating condition as it was on the Start Date (fair wear and tear only accepted) and to return all equipment to ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP in such order and condition. Stickers and branding cannot be used without the prior permission of ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP. When permission is given all equipment should be returned as supplied. Nothing can be attached to the furniture / machines without the permission of ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP. Settlement of the account is strictly prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP. 100% of the agreed price must be forwarded with your order to allocate stock and confirm your booking. DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / REMOVAL ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP will endeavour wherever possible to ensure that pre-agreed delivery and collection times are adhered to. However ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries or collections, due to any unforeseen circumstances. ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP warrants that the hire equipment shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose held out by ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP. For retro arcade equipment this will be of a satisfactory quality taking in to account the age of the equipment being hired. Unless otherwise agreed in writing the hired equipment will be delivered to a ground floor location. Should the event space require access via a lift or stairs this should be advised by the hirer prior to delivery and may be subject to an additional charge. ALK ENTERTAINMENT LLP reserves to right to refuse installation of the hired equipment should it feel the location is not suitable
